Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email.

To start a return, contact us at info@ghostpacks.co with your order number and reason for return. A return shipping address will be provided upon approval. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We take pride in the quality of every product we make and want you to love your order. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@ghostpacks.co with your order number if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Exceptions
The Shadow Pack is a physical gear product and is eligible for return under the conditions above. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory as a small batch, American-made brand, we are unable to guarantee exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order please contact us directly at info@ghostpacks.co and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@ghostpacks.co
